My blog post  is designed to establish good approach and attitudes for happiness in the major aspects of our life:

  • Personal – You are already doing what is needed personally that makes you happy. There is always room to improve:
  • Nutritional
  • Environmental
  • Educational
  • Financial

I am posting steps of conditions one should look at for themselves before starting. This is good for the personal category :-)
